Dr. Allen Hilton lives to bring people together across difference to collaborate for the common good. He works to heal the divisions in our land and lead to a new birth of civility and aspiration. He speaks, writes, and consults with organizations and teams who want help navigate the tensions of American polarization. House United, an organization he founded, brings people together across differences for the common good. He firmly believes that differences are a gift to be embraced, rather than a threat to be feared. His organization teaches leaders how to capitalize on the racial, socio-economic, political, and religious variety in their teams—whether in churches, universities, seminaries, civic groups, or corporations. He also co-directs the Fran Park Center for Faith and Life at Pinnacle Presbyterian Church, which builds generative relationships between the church and civic community leaders around Phoenix-Scottsdale and nationally.
