We currently offer a Certificate of Theology and Ministry cohort every Spring and Fall.
SHOULD I TAKE C:TM IF I ALREADY HAVE AN MDIV?
We do not recommend C:TM for those who have received an M.Div. in the last 5 years.
WHAT DOES SELF-PACED LEARNING MEAN?
There are only two hard deadlines within the C:TM course, the first deadline is the midterm and the second is the final. Before you take the midterm or final, you have to be caught up with all of the previous course work.
HOW MANY HOURS A WEEK SHOULD I EXPECT TO SPEND ON COURSE WORK?
We recommend for students to plan for 8-12 hours a week spent within the course.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN'T FINISH THE COURSE?
If you are unable to complete the course before the mid-term is given you can roll into the next cohort. This one-time opportunity expires after it is accepted and no further rolling is allowed.
What are the drop dates and refund policy?
We issue a 100% refund, minus a $15 processing fee, if you drop the course within the first week. If you drop after the first week and before the New Testament course opens 3 weeks into the program, you will receive a 75% refund, minus a $15 processing fee. If you drop after the New Testament course opens and before the midterm, there is a 50% refund less a $15 processing fee. There is no refund after the midterm opens. Alternatively, if you drop prior to the midterm, you may opt to roll into the next cohort, starting over. (see above)
